A subdivision of the JTF that serves to develop the Shipsoul and human collective understanding of the ctistes and their progress on Earth. Devoted to assessing collected data, this group provides accurate information to JTF leaders and national organizations in support of direct action and further education. As part of their mission set, the "Research Group" works in the information warfare spectrum in order to infiltrate Vaiyran virtual networks and prevent discovery of the JTF by both unwelcome humans and Vaiyran intelligence.
